What you can do

• Manage Players

  Add, edit, and remove players. Assign rank, gender, and age. Toggle active/resting status.

• Generate Queues

  Auto-create balanced match queues from active players. Pick doubles or singles.

• Broadcast Session

  Broadcast a queue so umpires and players can see it instantly on their devices.

• Score Management

  Start, track, and finalise game scores. View live standings and match history.

• QR Code Panel

  Share your club QR code so players and umpires can join without typing a URL.

• Manage Teams

  Create and manage teams across sessions. View team standings and win/loss records.

What you can do

• Enter session code

  Umpires enter the 6-character session code provided by the admin to access the scoring panel.

• Start a game

  Pick a queued match from the Up Next list and tap Start to begin scoring.

• Live scoring

  Tap + or − for each team to update scores instantly. All devices see it in real time.

• Side swap reminder

  A prompt appears when either team hits 16 — ensuring correct side change mid-game.

• Declare winner

  Tap Declare Winner for the winning team once the game is finished.

• Score override

  Correct scores manually if needed before declaring the result.
